We are very excited about the new S.P.I.R.I.T program that the Lord has lead us to start. S.P.I.R.I.T stand for, "Spiritual and Physical Instruction for Reaching Isolated Territories". It is an elite missionary training program for people who have a life calling to reach isolated and hard to reach areas of the world with the Gospel. Larry and Vaughn Goff have 80 years of combined experience in reaching remote and isolated tribes and villages with the Gospel. They have spent decades traveling through some of the harshest environments on earth to take the Gospel of Jesus to isolated peoples on multiple continents. Their experience and knowledge in doing this type of work is very unique in today's modern society. Now, through the S.P.I.R.I.T missionary training program, this rare and valuable experience and knowledge is available to those who have a sincere calling to go and do this desperately needed type of missionary work.
The S.P.I.R.I.T program is a multi-stage program of extreme training that will prepare a person in dealing with the spiritual and physical difficulties of reaching isolated peoples with the Gospel. Training will consist of deep spiritual training and intense survival and primitive lifestyle training. Candidates will be trained in how to deal with the dark spiritual forces that defend isolated people from the Gospel of Jesus. Candidates will also receive hands on survival training as well as training in how to live in a primitive environment.
The S.P.I.R.I.T program is still in it's developmental stages and more information will be posted here as it becomes available. We are primarily focused on training single adult males in good physical condition; as the physical part of the training program will be physically too difficult for most. Spirit filled married couples will be considered in special cases.
The S.P.I.R.I.T missionary training program is only for those who have a life calling to do this type of work and who are spiritually and physically strong. It is for not the light hearted and the unsure. It will requires months of dedication and intense physical and emotional training to complete the S.P.I.R.I.T missionary training program. For those who are able and called it will be a life changing experience and will prepare them for the hardest type of missionary work on earth.
